In continuing efforts to improve the quality of American Red Cross youth education, we seek your comments concerning the work of our youth instructors.

Your comments will remain anonymous unless otherwise instructed. They will be used by the American Red Cross to strengthen curriculum offered to our community schools and youth groups.
